The following replacement position exists in the Johannesburg branch. Closing Date 26 April 2024. Loanset Bookings To ensure that all loan set bookings are received timeously and in the correct format from the respective sales teams. Loan set booking forms must be completed for every booking received. All bookings must be recorded on the Loan set board & then processed on Netsuite. Update whiteboard with all of the relevant booking information. All emergencies must be treated accordingly & with priority, still ensuring the Loan set booking procedure is being adhered to. Ensure all loan set bookings for the next day is delivered the previous day/evening depending on availability of stock. Ensure sales staff are informed via email if there are stock shortages on loan sets. Ensure all outgoing and incoming paperwork (loan set checklist, signed appro document) is complete (1 st & 2 nd checks, no scratches on the checklist & the control documents completed). All usages are confirmed and handed to the processing department, daily, to be invoiced, this includes POD's. Handovers to be done via email and discussed amongst the Team Leaders. All Netsuite pictures to be loaded against bookings already packed. Team leaders to ensure daily that drivers use the Device Magic to load their POD's. Stock Control Management: Receiving & sending of all required stock, as per all requests, internal or external. Processing of all stock transfers on Netsuite within 24 hours. Ensure that weekly cycle counts are performed as per the cycle count schedule. All stock to be rotated, ensuring that the authorization is required for expired stock to be written off. Stock that is not moving must be returned to Jhb weekly. CSD Manager & MAM to be notified of any stock shortages immediately. Ensure that all stock items received are as per documentation. JDE/Netsuite in-transit & backorder reports to be pulled and checked daily. All pick slips must be confirmed, and backorders released timeously. All SO's/SY's must be picked/packed & delivered timeously ensuring correctly & ensuring POD's are returned to the office daily. To assist and communicate closely with the loan set, invoicing and warehouse department with any queries relating to stock issues. All 561 statuses to be counted every Friday and result to be sent to the CSD Manager. All returned stock to be placed back onto shelves daily. General: Assist with quarterly stock takes and year end stock takes. Ensure all customer needs and queries resolved promptly and timeously. Maintain good relationships internally and externally with various hospital stock controllers. Be able to work overtime at month end, stock takes and quarter end. Matric. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar would be an advantage. A minimum of 2 years proven previous working experience as a Team Lead, managing a minimum of 5 people or more, within the Medical Device space. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. JDE (or similar ERP) experience and advantage. Must be thorough and have attention to detail. Valid code 08 driver's license & own vehicle . Fluency in English & Afrikaans a necessity. Must be able to work after hours and weekends as and when required especially for stock takes. Well-presented and professional demeanor with attention to detail. High level of communication. Excellent administrative skills. Preference will be given to a non-smoker. Apply Now
