My client based on the East Rand needs your experience framing entries on State Vet exports and imports. Need to be experienced on Multi-modal - Air, Sea and Road. This individual should have the ability to calculate provisional payments, cargo dues, stops and detains , quality control, deferment management and acquittals. This candidate should also hold in depth knowledge of all customs legislations and acts, in order to process all customs documentation. Prepare Import & Export documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Calculate duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight & volume of consignments that is imported to South Africa or exported to foreign countries. Verify accuracy in accordance with client's physical shipments & customers SLI, volume, value of goods, country of origin and any other regulatory requirements. Attend to Track & Trace of client's shipments – Air, Ocean, or Road. Communicate with clients about their consignment progress. Coordinate shipping with customs agents locally Coordinate with clearance agents overseas Deal with prospective shippers, where and when necessary. Handle any shipment problems that might happen to occur. provide efficient delivery logistics through data management. Fill out import-export documentation, Compile carrier and route assignments, Use EMIAC's systems control shipments, collect data, and register packages with government agencies. Minimum matric. 3 years experience as an Entry Clerk. Dangerous goods training advantageous.
