Work directly with customs in country as well as companies, partners and agents to process client's shipments through the company network Approving the process on each shipment and directly managing the customs clearance, license/permit applications and delivery of all imports Becoming an expert in their allocated region/country and extensive research needs to be done in order to continually improve and grow the business Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) Project management: Co-ordinate large high-value projects and keep track of and successfully manage all elements regarding each high value project Effective daily communication with team members Maintain key relationships with various stakeholders, such as customs officials and company partners Analytical, research and problem-solving ability Undergraduate BCom Degree Honours Degree advantageous but is not a requirement Set core hours but will shift to anytime between GMT -8 to 10 depending on target market See Description See Description
