Support in all CVM related data and analytical tasks.
The role holder will, under the management of the Decision & Analytics team (with a dotted line to the SM: CVM Basic) use data to undertake consumer segmentation,
Analyze retention data and perform advanced analysis
Develop CVM- specific KPIs for cascade to the OpCos, prepare business cases and run POCs for proposed initiatives, collect and consolidate CVM performance data
Experience on the following tools:
Data Base Management, Big Data (Hadoop, Hive, Presto/Trino)
