Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a vibrant Management Couple to oversee an exclusive 5-star lodge with 10-20 rooms in a game reserve, Limpopo, known for its Big 5 wildlife. Specifically interested in finding a Junior Lodge Management Couple with qualifications as trail guides and chefs.
QualificationsHe:
- Qualified as a Nature Guide
- Possesses current Trails Guide Qualifications at NQF Level 2 or higher (Lead guide is a minimum qualification)
She:
- Qualifications as a Chef (recommended)
He:
- Experience in maintenance and construction
- Proficient in building and project management
She:
- Experience in general lodge administration
- Competent in Food and Beverage management
- Proficient in Hosting and Guest Services
- Experienced in Housekeeping
- Accommodation
- Meals: Food allowance R1 500 per person per month.
