Job DescriptionOur client is currently seeking a Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Manager for their new corporate contract in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The position offers a permanent role along with benefits such as medical aid and provident fund contributions.
Qualifications- Previous experience in catering management or related field.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or catering management are preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and catering software is advantageous.
