- Monitor weekly hanger counts and react to increased loss areas.
- Perform stock takes in stores.
- Ensure actions are taken once stock losses have been identified.
- Ensure stock takes are completed efficiently.
- Maintain stock take equipment.
- Reduce risk of loss in stores.
