The primary objective of this role is to support the monthly report process by efficiently converting and importing data into our proprietary system. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our reporting procedures. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply for this role Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 with Math’s (HG) & Science (HG) with a passing rate of 60 % - non – negational Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advance) , with the ability to manipulate and format data effectively. This will be tested. 3 years’ experience working on Excel. Key Responsibilities: Convert ageings into the designated Excel format to facilitate seamless data integration. Import converted data accurately and efficiently into our in-house system, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Provide administrative support to the data analysts, ensuring smooth operations throughout the reporting cycle. Skills and attributes: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precise data conversion and importation. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with the data analysis team. Data Security Awareness: Understanding of data security principles and the ability to follow data privacy regulations and company policies. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new data management tools and technologies as needed.
