Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making. Managing the integrity of HC data across the various platforms. Gathering data from various HC systems, including employee databases, performance management systems, recruitment platforms, and employee surveys. Analysing HC data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. This may involve using statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and predictive analytics to derive insights. Creating reports and dashboards to present HC metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, such as senior management or department heads. Identify and develop strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies in conjunction with the HCE. Generate and consolidate reports on HC metrics monthly and as and when required for board, and board sub-committees. Assist payroll model systems. BEE Scorecard tracking and verification.
