To oversee all aspects of business intelligence, reporting, and data models, to ensure the divisional objectives are met in line with the overall Astral strategic vision. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Develop and manage comprehensive BI dashboards and reports for various levels within the organisation. Oversee the design and implementation of data models to support BI platforms. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration. Data quality and governance - Establish data quality standards and ensure data governance practices are adhered to across the organisation. Create and manage forms for data collection and business processes. Strategic decision support - To offer data-driven recommendations to management to ensure informed business decisions are made. Establishing consistent and uniform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) practices across the organisation. Innovation - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, recommending innovative solutions. Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database languages (e.g., SQL and Oracle). ETL Development and Data Integration skills. Proven experience (10 years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
