Reference: JHB000071-TK-1Data Capturer / Accounts AdministratorPosition Overview:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Capturer / Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining property-related data and providing administrative support to the accounts department.Key Responsibilities:Accurately capture and input property-related data into the company's database or management system.Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular data validation and verification checks.Update and maintain property records, including tenant information, lease agreements, rental payments, and property maintenance records.Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments.Reconcile financial transactions and statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting as required.Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.Retrieve and provide access to relevant documents and records as requested by internal staff, clients, or auditors.Liaise with internal departments, property managers, and external stakeholders to obtain or clarify information as needed.Respond to inquiries and requests for information from clients, tenants, and vendors in a timely and professional manner.Provide general administrative support to the accounts department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or accounts administration, preferably in the property industry. Proficiency in data entry and database management software (e.g., MS Excel, Property Management Systems). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capture and record-keeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and financial data.
