Job Description To plan, build, optimise and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support and interpret insights, to address business opportunities and problems and implement business strategy, with minimal guidance. Role Purpose This role is within FNB Retail Sales Analytics, and will be responsible for Insights, Identifying opportunities and Central sales reporting across FNB Retail. The team explores new data sources and analytical methods that enable innovation and creativity by addressing the holistic customer need and driving sales. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders in designing and implementing customer strategies. The successful candidate will be empowered to think creatively and take ownership of their work. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Actuarial Science Preferred Qualification: Honours Degree A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Intermediate to advanced coding skills in SAS Intermediate knowledge on advanced analytical techniques e.g., statistical methods, segmentation, optimisation, experimental design Leadership experience will be advantageous.
