PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDATA CAPTURING
- Inputting Rates & Policies
- Reviewing rates and policies
- Loading information on the Extranet
- Applying mark-ups to rates in Tourplan (Rate Maintenance)
- Assisting with Allocation input/ Freesale as necessary
- Loading Scheduled Tours when required
- Inputting all agents
- Assisting with supplier and guide input when needed
QUALITY CONTROL
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in the database
- Following departmental record-keeping procedures
RATE QUERIES
- Keeping detailed documentation for rate input
- Providing Advanced Business Unit Support
SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS
- Understanding supplier products and agreements
- Building expertise in destinations and products
AREA OF EXPERTISE
- Understanding the rate Distribution cycle
- Knowing the Agent brochure cycle
- Understanding Supplier contracts
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Tourplan
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
