Dealer Parts Programme Support (Automotive) - Johannesburg

Job Description:

  • Periodic review of project plans and regular task management for stakeholders
  • Review and update project plan timelines
  • Review and update project documentation
  • Manage and consolidate dealer information
  • Certification handover logistics planning
  • Effective and efficient communication with stakeholders
  • Engagement with company for Parts Training related matters and reporting
  • Perform regular analysis of dealer KPI data
  • Evaluation of Dealer Parts Warehouses

Job Requirements:

  • NQF level 6 (360 credits on level 8 framework) Industrial Engineering / Logistics Project Management/Administration
  • Planning and project administration background is required.
  • Problem solving ability
  • Data analysis is a requirement
  • Automotive industry experience would be an advantage
  • Understanding of safety regulations
  • Understanding of quality standards.
  • MS Excel advanced level compulsory
  • MS PowerBI
  • SAP R3; SAP BW would be an advantage.
  • Dealer parts department experience would be an advantage
