***THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
This dealership has been taken over by new ownership and is in need of some TLC. We are looking for a young, dynamic individual with a can do attitude to take the reins and build this dealership to its full potential. This is a small dealership and will not reach massive volumes, so we are looking for Junior DP or Senior Sales Manager who is ready to take the next steps in their career. You will receive plenty of support and guidance and its a perfect opportunity for growth.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 5 years of New/Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership
Some DP experience and exposure to parts and workshop would be an advantage
Must have a good business acumen
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Solid track record and contactable references
