*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to lead a successful outlying dealership. The ideal individual for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a franchised motor dealership and have managed all relative dealership operations comprehensively. A Strong business acumen, a head for financials, the ability to drive the team to success, a genuine passion for the trade and this leadership role, along with all its responsibilities, is essential.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 2 years of recent DP experience in a franchised dealership
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices.
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
*Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in the Vredenburg area, or is willing to relocate at short notice*
