Job Description: Auto24 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Finance and Insurance Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in facilitating finance and insurance solutions for our customers, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience throughout the purchasing process. Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) Collaborate with customers to understand their financing, insurance or rental needs and provide tailored solutions. Guide customers through the financing and insurance application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure competitive rates and terms for customers. Educate customers on available financing, rental and insurance options, including warranties and protection plans. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive financing and insurance. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to financing and insurance. Requirements E xperience & Qualification Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership working in finance and insurance. Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products, processes, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in financial software and computer applications. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to continuously learn and grow. Grade 12 Tertiary qualification (Degree or diploma) Must be able to perform against Targets NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAISCredits (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT) RE Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT) NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT) CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles COB Completed Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures Strong communication and negotiation skills Benefits Package & Remuneration Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
