Debtors Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

Job title: Debtors Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Debtors Administrator to join our client's growing team. As they expand our operations across 20+ companies, they need a dedicated professional who can manage the debtors function efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the debtors department for multiple entities.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts.
  • Develop and implement new SOPs as required.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a debtors department.
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or related field is preferred but not mandatory if extensive experience is present.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
