An exciting opportunity for an experienced and capable Debtors Administrator at an established property management group in the southern suburbs of Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have solid bookkeeping, debtors/accounts receivable, Pastel, and Excel experience. Tax preparation, property rental, and development experience will be strong advantages. Duties and Responsibilities: Debtors. Full tenant billing function. Invoicing. Ensure bank statements, payments and transactions are allocated. Tenant deposit reconciliations. Tenant account reconciliations. Nice to have: Monthly bookkeeping process up to trial balance. Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries. Creditors. Cashbooks. Journals. Ensure that all petty cash expenses are checked and captured. Audit/annual financial file preparations. Qualifications and Experience: Matric. Diploma, Certificate in Accounting, or similar. Bookkeeping experience. 3 to 4 years experience in debtors billing. Property industry experience will be a bonus. Computer Literacy – Pastel. Advanced MS Excel Skills. Good understanding of accounting principles. Good relationship-building skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Team player and deadline driven. Meticulous attention to detail. Motivated and ambitious. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to use initiative and good problem-solving skills. Remuneration: R15k to R20k pm ctc salary.
