Our reputable Abrasives Manufacturing and Supplier client is seeking a Debtors Clerk to join their team based in Johannesburg Salary : R 25 000 ctc Working Hours: Office based Mon-Fri 7-5pm X1 Saturday per month 08h00 – 12h00 Requirements: Matric certificate / Grade 12 Finance Degree/Diploma would be an advantage Advantageous – CGIC Experience or Experian 5 Years Commercial Experience Strong Reconciliation Experience Strong Excel Exceptional communication Skills with difficult customers. Must be able to speak and communicate in both Afrikaans and English Responsibilities : Month-end to assist in Capturing Update collection targets with payments daily Reconciling accounts when short/overpaid Deal with reps on outstanding/short-paid accounts Ensure correct aging reports of accounts not paid or short-paid Send 7-day letters and place accounts on hold when instructions are received Assist senior clerk to follow up on accounts on hold Prepare age analysis for CGIC declarations Sending Credit Notes and Statements Updating IMX on new accounts Please take note: if you have not been contacted within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
