Debtors Controller - Mthatha
Our client is seeking a Debtors Controller to join their Mthatha-based team.
Successful candidate to reside in Mthatha and be able to start as soon as possible.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Experienced with managing debtors and collections (preferably in the Construction industry)
- Experienced using MS Excel
- Experienced in managing people
- Conscientious regarding processing and systems
- Xhosa speaking
Duties:-
- Maintain debtors files
- Credit limit assessment and recommendation
- Credit limit adherence by customers
- Follow-up on debts owed to company
- Reconciliation and assessment of customer refunds
- Produce monthly and interim statements for customers
- Generate and support any and all debtors adjusting journals required
- Ensure that debtors receipts are accurately allocated
- Assist Finance Manager, as required
