A vacancy exists for a Debtors Controller at a Logistics Company, based in Johannesburg South. The Company is providing warehousing, distribution and supply chain solutions to their customers. Weekly revenue invoicing, validating the WBR data to ensure correctness. Liaising with the depots and transport with regards to billing queries. Timeous resolution of billing queries. Ensure the timeous collection of the debtor's book to optimise cash flow, minimise risk and reduce outstanding debtor's book to an acceptable level. Ensure the company policies and procedures are adhered to in respect of the handling of debtor's accounts. Alert management to potential collection problems timeously . Engage with Debtor's in a professional manner to resolve queries. Keep accurate records of the accounts. Provide clients with all information necessary to facilitate payment. Working overtime may be required Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification: Diploma or certificates in Debtor's or Bookkeeping . Advanced computer skills (able to use MS Office suite efficiently) 2-4 years' experience, working as a Debtor's clerk / controller within the Logistics and Warehouse Business environment Relevant Logistics and Warehouse experience is essential. Experience in Billing, associated to Logistics and Warehouse Financial Management is also required. A good understanding of the Logistics and Warehouse processes is required R30 000 - R32 000 Cost to Company per month
