They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Debtors Clerk to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of our company and ensuring smooth operations. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to join a leading travel management company, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume to Katesalixrecruitment.co.za Duties: Ensure all credit card transactions have complete supporting documentation Verify that all attached documents are 100% correct Conduct quality control checks on supporting documents delivered to clients Swipe the card only for invoices that are completely matched and in hand Call clients bi-weekly to confirm no queries and request reconciliation Respond to client queries within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 working days Deliver invoices and completed spreadsheets to clients weekly Prepare reports on missing orders and queries, and request information from the Operations Manager Attend client meetings at their premises Hold regular meetings (at least every 3 months) with clients Ensure clients pay as per agreed terms Ensure timely delivery of documents to clients Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting Experience: 5 / 6 similar work experience Advanced Excel Skills & Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and relationship-building skills Having a continuous improvement mindset Willingness to work overtime if and when needed If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
