Debtors Manager - Durban
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Credit Management qualification pref.
Min 5 years experience in Debtors Management in dealing with high volume and value accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the Debtors department/team.
Weekly and monthly reporting to Management: Statements to customers, cash receipts, forecasts, and variances.
Interact internally to on credit management issues and general queries.
Manage billing process and accuracy of billing and follow-up and address discrepancies.
Continually update billing policies and obtain sign-off with executive management.
Manage and maintain Debtors records, their accuracy, setting up codes, and ensuring that all debtors information is updated.
Query resolution processes for billings and credit
Ensure commission programmes deliver on their value and that calculations are accurate.
