Debtors Manager - Durban

Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Credit Management qualification pref.
  • Min 5 years experience in Debtors Management in dealing with high volume and value accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Debtors department/team.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to Management: Statements to customers, cash receipts, forecasts, and variances.
  • Interact internally to on credit management issues and general queries.
  • Manage billing process and accuracy of billing and follow-up and address discrepancies.
  • Continually update billing policies and obtain sign-off with executive management.
  • Manage and maintain Debtors records, their accuracy, setting up codes, and ensuring that all debtors information is updated.
  • Query resolution processes for billings and credit
  • Ensure commission programmes deliver on their value and that calculations are accurate.
