Tasked with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Call Centre agents within the finance team, this role aims to boost debt collection, improve data accuracy, and reduce instances of non-payments and customer churn. Your working hours will be from 16:00 to 01:00 South African Time These working hours will change with daylight savings (in our summer months) to match the hours of 7am - 4pm Eastern Standard Time Minimum education (essential): National Senior Certificate & Bookkeeping Diploma Minimum education (desirable): Management Course Minimum applicable experience (years): 6 years Required nature of experience: Team supervision Debtors collection Customer service Creditors General bookkeeping Skills and Knowledge (essential): Accounting Software (ie Pastel / Xero) Microsoft Excel Google Suite Debtors processes Desired Skills: Finance Bookkeeper Debtors Creditors Team Supervision Employer & Job Benefits: Pension Fund 13the Cheque
