To ensure an effective procurement planning and forecasting in order to meet the company's operational needs. - Annual Procurement Planning and Need Analysis - Sourcing Strategies, receiving of good and disposal management - Supplier performace management and enterprise supplier development Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management or equivalent NQF 7 qualification Minimum 6 to 8 years' supply chain management / demand management experience At least 3 years' middle management experience Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, including Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), Treasury Regulations, etc. Computer Literacy (Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge and experience in financial analysis Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) Knowledge of corporate governance principals Knowledge of risk management concepts, frameworks and methodology Knowledge of Fraud prevention strategies Knowledge of relevant legislation, e.g. Treasury Regulations, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Broad –Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) legislation, etc. Sound business acumen is required Code EB Driver's License and creativity, Openness to ideas, Analysis and problem solving, Conceptual thinking, Judgement and decision making, Information seeking, Stress tolerance, Self-confidence, Organisational commitment, Integrity, Reliability, Motivating others, Directing others, Facilitating teamwork, Managing conflict, Negotiation, Oral and written communication, Interpersonal sensitivity, Proactive communication, Influencing others, Developing relationships, Organising and prioritising, Initiative, Customer, quality and results focused.
