They are seeking a talented and experienced Demand Planner to join their dynamic procurement team that consists of a very diverse culture with a mix between baby boomers and GenZs with a high-performance culture and room for sharing ideas. The successful candidate must be able to leverage their extensive knowledge in Demand Planning, Forecasting and Supplier Negotiations. Chemical or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing knowledge will be vital as well as previous experience working specifically with small packaging processes. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Bcom Finance, Business or Supply Chain Management A good understanding of small packaging processes will be advantageous. Demand and Supply management. Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
