EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION: 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role. Relevant qualification will count in the candidate's favour. Experience with agricultural commodities will be beneficial KEY SKILLS: Ability to manage a local team and drive productivity. Good planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong leadership qualities and ability to solve problems in a creative way. Experience with agricultural commodities would be beneficial. Strong administration as well as operational background.
