Minimum Requirements: PhD in Education (completed or near completion). 5 or more years of Teaching and Learning experience. Academic qualifications and relevant industry experience. Strong commitment to research and postgraduate studies. Duties and Responsibilities: Academic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic plan for the faculty. Lead undergraduate, postgraduate, and CPD programs. Review and enhance existing curriculum. Develop new programs with the support of the Academic Team. Drive teaching and learning initiatives, such as blended learning. Industry Engagement: Act as Brand Ambassador to external stakeholders. Build and maintain industry relationships for student placements and sponsorships. Facilitate professional training and development. Teaching, Supervision, and Research: Teach and supervise in a specialist field. Promote a culture of research and scholarship. Contribute to the Faculty's research output. Provide thought leadership through publications and media. Campus Support: Collaborate with the campus Head of Faculty. Support faculty recruitment and development. Communicate developments and trends to campuses. Oversee industry-sponsored bursary programs.
