MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Deputy Nursing Manager will be responsible for the management of the nursing functions in the hospital through the implementation of the Hospitals model in all wards include co-ordination of all functions and activities related to the provision, promotion and assurance of quality patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

· Relevant nursing qualifications (B Cur Degree or relevant management qualification)
· ICU/Trauma experience will be an advantage
Registered with Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
Compliance with the SANC code for a registered and all applicable healthcare legislation
· Sound financial knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data
· Computer literate
