Design Engineer: Road â Pavement Specialist - - Cape Town City Centre

Key Performance Areas

Undertake duties of the Employers Agent/Engineer in accordance with GCC2015 / FIDIC.
Compile & review project technical pavement design deliverables.
Manage and supervise technicians and junior engineers.
Compiling tender documents
Overseeing work done with GCC 2015/FIDIC & COLTO/COTO.
Oversee the Design and Implementation of infrastructure projects (Roads design related).
Utilisation on revenue earning work.
Ensure service excellence.
Successfully apply Risk and Quality Management Principals and system.
Chair and minute technical meetings.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years post PR Eng registration experience.
Familiar with road pavement design standards and procedures. (Rubicon, cncPave and/or similar pavement design packages)
