Design products for various markets according to internal and external specifications. Conduct standard quality control inspection procedure & methods. Conduct testing and validation of products and produce reports to that effect. Effective communication with relevant departments on a regular basis on engineering and quality related issues To ensure the effective administration of Engineering, such as: Producing CAD models of designed parts Producing engineering drawings for both sales and production Producing manufacturing instructions for various components Ensuring document control over all relevant engineering documents Assist with tooling and the production of various components to relevant quality standards. BSc Mechanical Engineer Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings, local and international technical standards, and specifications. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Good verbal and written communications skills. Experience with CAD software, proficient in Solidworks would be an advantage. Self-motivated with good project management skills and initiative to take on and complete projects.
