- Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited (Essential).
- Recognized IT degree / diploma (Advantageous).
- 6+ years of relevant System Development experience.
- 3-6 years of managerial experience in resource planning and management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis, application development, and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage performance and develop team capabilities.
