SAP Technical Operations Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SAP Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP operations, incident management, change management, problem management, and IT operations process controls. Additionally, proficiency in SAP logistical processes and test analyst skills with TOSCA tools knowledge are required. Essential Skills Requirements: - SAP Technical Operations - Incident Management (IM) - Change Management (CM) - Problem Management (PM) - IT Operations Process Controls - SAP S/4HANA system knowledge - SAP LE & EWM process knowledge (minimum 2 years’ experience) - SAP MM process knowledge - Test Analyst Skills with understanding of TOSCA tools and test automation. Advantageous Skills Requirements: - SAP ABAP Debugging - ITIL process knowledge and work experience (ITIL certification - advantageous) Qualifications/Experience: - Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience - Minimum 6 years IT work experience - Minimum 4 years’ experience in an SAP Operations environment - Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP Logistics Modules (LE, MM & EWM) Role and Responsibilities: You will be a key member of our DevOps team, collaborating closely with developers to ensure successful go-lives, addressing incident tickets for long-term improvement, and actively contributing to the reduction of problem tickets.
