DevOps Engineer - - Cape Town City Centre

The DevOps engineer is responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customersâ€™ needs. You will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended. The DevOps engineer will combines release engineering, infrastructure provisional and management as well system administration and security.Â Â Â

Building and implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Ensuring that deployments are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
Monitoring the deployment and performance of processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline) Monitoring and measuring specific performance metrics for SLA.
