A Motor Vehicle Dealership in Pretoria, is looking for a Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their service department.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Trade Test Certificate (non-negotiable)
Relevant Master training/qualification is advantageous
Premium brand experience is preferable
Valid SA Driver's License
Clear criminal record
Motivated and target-driven with a solid track record

Responsibilities:

Service and repair all vehicles booked into the dealership
Diagnose and report findings accurately
Maintain and update diagnostic tools
Request relevant and correct parts from parts sales executive
Notify management of any service-related issues
Check in customers and follow up with clients
Update job cards with accurate and detailed information on service/repairs
Plan and order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
Plan production efficiently
Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
Maintain good communication with head office and customers
Follow up with customers after service
