The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience and be proficient in working with MAN, MERC, and VOLVO trucks, as well as servicing Hyundai and Chev bakkies. Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is required, along with the ability to work independently and under pressure. The role involves performing full-function and servicing duties on various vehicles, both on and off-site. The candidate must be detail-oriented, literate, and capable of completing job cards and reports as instructed by the Head Mechanic. Any additional experience in spray painting, panel beating, or electrical work will be advantageous. Own transport is essential.Key Responsibilities: Perform full-function and servicing duties on MAN, MERC, and VOLVO trucks. Service Hyundai and Chev bakkies. Complete job cards and reports accurately and timely. Follow instructions effectively and complete tasks efficiently. Work both on and off-site as required. Perform duties under pressure and meet deadlines. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic. Proficiency in working with MAN, MERC, and VOLVO trucks.
