DIESEL MECHANIC

LOCATION: Northern Cape

REMUNERATION: R 200k R 350k pa

CLOSING DATE: 18 April

The Purpose of this role is to ensure maintenance is done on the production fleet. To keep the vehicles under their responsibility in good condition and ensure that vehicles are safe for operational usage, including: Production vehicles planned and breakdown maintenance; Customer relations; Good housekeeping; Equipment inspections; People supervision; SHERQ compliance

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Trade Test (Diesel Mechanic trade)
Certificate: N2 Theoretical Engineering (Diesel Mechanic)
A min of 2 years post-qualification experience as Diesel Mechanic which includes a min of 2 years operational Earth Moving Equipment experience
Knowledge of & working experience on the following equipment: Komatsu PC4000, PC5500, WA1200; Liebherr 9200, R996B; Caterpillar 994F, 740B, 745C
