Job Description:

Variety of Commercial and Industrial vehicles: (Excavators, Loaders, Forklift, Side Loader, Trucks, Tractors, LVDs etc)
Experience on CAT machines with KRESS & TML attachments will be advantageous
Advanced Hydraulic experience
Workshop and Field work in line with sound preventative, breakdown and planned maintenance strategies. · Shift work may be required from time to time
Standby duty is a requirement
Overtime required as per workload requirements
Forklift and overhead crane Licenses will be an added advantage

Job Requirements:

Must have Matric/N3 with Maths and Science but will consider a N2 with a Trade Test and at least 5 years experience
Must have a National Trade Test Certificate
Must have 3-5 years experience in relevant industry experience in the mechanic trade with a N3
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must be able to apply sound judgement when on standby
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to pay attention to detail and have a sound job related safety awareness and not afraid of heights
