Where you'll work A global performance marketing agency with a passion and knowledge in SEO, data and analytics, content and paid media. As specialists in the performance space, they help clients grow organically online through the use of data driven strategies and insights.They are not a creative agency and focus on addressing performance issues that clients are looking to address namely, traffic, leads and conversions. They have developed several tools over the years as a means to get real insights into the markets, which in turn allows them to use real time data to build strategies that will help clients' businesses grow online. Their clients range from finance (Liberty), health (Dischem), motor (Subaru), education (IIE MSA) and beauty (Environ). They also have the largest portfolio of Unilever brands that they run and manage on a daily basis. How you'll role The role for (Mid Level) Digital Account Manager is vacant due to the need for more experienced candidates in the digital marketing environment - i.e. those who have been exposed to and worked in areas involving SEO and analytics (beneficial). This hire is required to manage the strategic relationships across a portfolio of accounts whilst also being able to run and be accountable for the performance of the client services team. What you'll need Experience: Digital experience is required as exposure and understanding of elements such as SEO, paid media, data and analytics are a key part of the every day job and interactions with clients A solid understanding of digital tools and the ability to sell in services (up sell, cross sell) and quickly understand products Leadership: You should be able to show strong leadership qualities by leading by example in all day to day client service activities Support the Head of Client Service by driving strategic thinking across the portfolio of clients they would be accountable for Financial acumen: You should have an understanding of how to drive and achieve KPIs across clients Management of cash flow and payment issues with clients and related job bags is key Operational: You will need to integrate well with the operational team and work effectively with internal systems and processes Additonal: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task and organise others Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in nature Confident and able to work on own initiative High attention to detail Aptitude to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels Go beyond the 9-5 mentality Salary R28,000 - R35,000 per month (neg. based on experience) Apply HERE Apply Now
