Assist the Marketing team and marketing manager with organising events and activities.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing departments activities
Design promotional presentations, brochures, newsletters, videos and any other required material
Compose and post online content on the companys various platforms timeously.
Take on buying tasks as required for marketing department events and initiatives
Ensure that content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and other paid advertising
Create, manage, and produce digital design solutions for a variety of uses
Design and create prototypes and mock-ups
Translate creative concepts into visual design by working with cross-functional teams to take ideas from concept to execution, working with management
Test designs for usability and quality
Use digital design and development tools to create digital designs and may have front-end development skills to convert data to a graphical interface, such as through HTML, CSS, and Javascript, MySQL and WordPress.
Manage Lead Generation campaigns
Assist in production of email advertising
Administer or create web pages for various websites.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications Required:
Marketing qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Organisational skills important
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress
Experience required in Adobe Creative Suite software and Dreamweaver, Photoshop
