Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR for a well-known Wine Company based in Johannesburg. Job Purpose The DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR is responsible for the overall organisation and maintenance of online marketing assets and content. Responsibilities Manage the content and permissions for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform ensuring that access is correctly controlled and all Marketing assets including Meridian group corporate identity, as well as portfolio brand packs are correctly maintained catalogued and filed. Participate in content planning meetings contributing to the conceptualisation of content for web, newsletters and online platforms. Follow the briefing process for production of planned content to ensure that relevant, quality content is consistently created. Coordination of all website requirements including concept and creation of new sites as well as updating, maintaining and optimisation of all online website based company and client platforms ensuring accuracy of content and attention to detail. Contribute to social media strategy and work with the agency/ies appointed to manage the scheduled content calendar on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, ensuring relevant content and responsive community. Track and analyse the performance of content on web, social and online platforms on a monthly basis. Keep in touch with industry trends and technologies to identify ways of optimising opportunities for improved performance and delivery Compose and contribute web and content reports based on analytics with insights and actions to improve, boost and grow the efficiency of web and online platforms. Develop relationships as an important point of contact for content for colleagues, clients, agencies and suppliers. Work closely with the marketing team to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional and project teams to facilitate communication and status reviews within the scope of this role.
