Who are we looking for: An experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
What will you do:
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across various digital platforms.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Atlas Finance products and services, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., PPC, display advertising, social media advertising) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage the company's digital channels, including the website, social media platforms, and mobile apps, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for SEO and meet business objectives.
- Analyse digital marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the company's digital presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Operations) and external agencies to develop creative assets, landing pages, and other materials needed for digital campaigns.
- Monitor and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital space.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
- Analyse and manage the Customer Lifecycle Management portfolio
What do you need:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the financial services or retail industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in managing PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
