Our client is a specialized property developer with a distinguished track record dating back to 1992. They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of their digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This includes managing their presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, devising email blast campaigns to target key demographics, overseeing SEO and Google Ads strategies, as well as utilizing platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital avenues. You will also delegate responsibilities and briefs to the creative team, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends. Develop and execute integrated SEM and social media advertising strategies aimed at driving website traffic, lead generation, and sales growth. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis across search engines and social media platforms to pinpoint high-potential keywords and optimize campaign performance. Create, launch, and oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads, and various social media advertising platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing objectives. Craft engaging ad copy and captivating visuals tailored to specific audience segments to enhance click-through rates, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using a range of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to glean actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities. Leverage performance data to fine-tune campaign parameters, including bid management, ad targeting, and budget allocation, to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes. Execute A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine campaign elements and enhance overall performance. Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, best practices, and innovative technologies in SEM and social media advertising to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure SEM and social media advertising strategies align with broader business objectives. Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign results, and ROI metrics to inform strategic decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in marketing Certifications in areas such as Google Ads, Google Analytics Over 5 years’ experience in previous roles in Digital Marketing, paid Media Advertising, Social Media Management, content creation, SEO, e-mail and sms marketing, CRM management and automations.
