We are seeking a talented Digital Video Scripter with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of advertising principles. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging video scripts and compelling copy that captivate audiences and drive action. It is a hybrid position requiring a self-equipped workstation with a personal computer and a reliable internet connection from home, with occasional in-person meetings at our Westville office. Develop creative concepts and write scripts for video content, including commercials, promotional videos, and branded content. Collaborate closely with the team, including videographers, designers, and managers, to bring concepts to life. Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Write persuasive copy for advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional media. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and marketing objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for video concepts and advertising campaigns. Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and advertising copywriting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Video Scripter, Copywriter, or similar role in an advertising agency or creative studio. Strong portfolio showcasing creative video scripts, advertising copy, and successful campaigns. Proficiency in storytelling techniques, creative writing, and brand messaging. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with video production processes, editing software, and digital marketing platforms is a plus. Passion for advertising, creativity, and driving impactful results through compelling content.
