DISPATCH CLERK -MANUFACTURING - South Africa
Main duties include, but are not limited to: Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Checking trucks, to ensure that the right product, quantity and quality of product has been loaded. Dispatching goods and processing Delivery Notes on Pastel Evolution. Receiving Bulk Stock and checking for Qty and correctness of products. Receiving Of Stock and processing GRV’s on Pastel Evolution. Filling of Picking Slips and Delivery Notes. Liaising with Customers and Drivers. Collaborate and communicate information related to shipments with relevant internal teams and customers. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Ad hoc duties Experience & Qualification High School Diploma or higher. Minimum 2-year experience as a Dispatch Controller or Similar work in a medium to large organization.
