Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of both stock items and transactions.
- Keeping storeroom clean and organized.
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (monthly stock take)
- Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
- Track shipments and address any delays.
- Oversee storage of products.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams.
- Booking in/out of all store equipment.
- Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
- Receiving and signing for deliveries.
- Offloading deliveries from trucks.
- Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
- Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
- Updating inventory with received items.
- Book out orders ready for collection. (Assist clients, ensure delivery note is signed etc.)

- Booking in/out of all storeroom equipment (tools, generators, toolboxes etc.)
- Ensure all tools and equipment booked out/in is in working condition.
- Booking out PPE and consumables to staff during the day.
- Arranging services and maintenance for generators, and other equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing industry experience beneficial
- National Senior Certificate.
- Driver’s license.
- Competent in Microsoft applications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fully bilingual-English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
