Responsibilities:

- Manage and reconcile Diesel Usage and Calculation
- Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties
- Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations
- Briefing and debriefing of drivers to ensure timeous delivery
- Co-ordinate and manage Tracker and control systems on all vehicles
- Budget control - Budget vs Actual
- Monitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with Suppliers
- Keep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDP
- Ensure constant communication with weighbridge staff and drivers
- Conduct vehicle inspections and make repair arrangements
- Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers and request official purchase orders
- Minimum Grade 12 PLUS 3-years relevant experience in FMCG distribution
- Experience with Roadshow and MixTelematics
- Experience in FLEET and DISTRIBUTION
- Good understanding of fleet utilisation, fuel usage and consumption, planning of loads in a cost-effective manner
