We are currently seeking for dynamic District Manager X2 to be based in Bloemfontein and Sasolburg. This is a full-time onsite position. The District Manager will drive our donor-funded project, if you are passionate about health systems strengthening and have a proven track record in program management, we invite you to be a part of our transformative journey Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Oversee holistic project implementation, ensuring alignment with objectives. Facilitate the operational effectiveness of district program offices. Address gaps and challenges through proactive interventions. Identify potential risks, strategize mitigation, and maintain compliance. Implement project trackers for financial, administrative, and programmatic oversight. Lead in the preparation of comprehensive project reports. Align data quality activities with organization standards. Collaborate for continuous improvement and strategy adjustments. Maintain open communication channels with the project leadership and support teams. Forge enduring relationships with district stakeholders, including health facilities. Champion robust communication frameworks. Amplify project impact through collaborations and advocacy. Oversee district staff recruitment, training, and direction. Foster team unity, efficiency, and commitment. Participate in advanced training programs. Mentor and guide program staff and direct reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Public Health, Health/Business Administration, or related). 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in health or public service. Strong communication skills and experience with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with health-related projects and district health systems.
