Skills and Experience Requirements:

Proven experience as a Storeman in the cabinetry industry or related field.
In-depth knowledge of cabinetry components, including hinges, runners, and intricate parts.
Familiarity with kitchen renovation materials and components.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
1.Inventory Management:

Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of cabinetry materials, including hinges, runners, and intricate components.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.

2.Stores Control:

Implement effective stores control measures to prevent discrepancies and losses, particularly for cabinetry-related items.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records for cabinetry components.

3.Order Processing:

Receive and process material requests from various departments, prioritizing cabinetry components for ongoing projects.
Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels for cabinetry materials.

4.Quality Assurance:

Inspect incoming cabinetry materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address any discrepancies in cabinetry components.

5.Record Keeping:

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns, specifically for cabinetry items.
Generate reports on cabinetry-related inventory status for management review.

6.Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure safety protocols within the warehouse are followed, with a focus on cabinetry materials handling.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly related to cabinetry components.

7.Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with various departments, including project management, production, and installation, to fulfil material requirements for cabinetry projects.
